Ok it happened just now. I had a run in the early afternoon. After which, I went to have lunch with my mom. I told her beforehand that I want a cold drink because I am really thirsty( prolly because it's after the run). When we reached the kopitiam, one uncle approached and asked us what we want to drink.

' one chrysanthemum and kopi-o( for my mummy as always) please'

Ok so he came back with a hot chrysanthemum. Of course, I tell him to change my drink. And he actually said cannot, it( the drink delivered to me) has already been brewed.

I was annoyed la of course. I gave him the straight face. Mummy still said its okay, Just drink the warm one.

So I was still whiny about it. When I went to the toilet after my lunch, I saw the same uncle limping his way to the toilet. Omfg, I really dint know he is handicapped.

He even warned me not to step on the soap and detergent on the floor. I know I have to apologize and i did. Still, I blamed myself for being too overwhelmed by my rashness. He might not want to waste another trip tithe counter to change my drink because of his leg conditions

I act rashly, I act without thinking, I act without a tiny bit of sensitivity. Time to change. I know this is a trivial case, but all these make up who am I today.

I really have no idea why my mom can be sucha crazy clean freak, when her children(yes, me) are so nam nua. TELL ME WHY?!

she needs at least three gallons of detergent to just wash our clothes. She runs out of detergent occasionally. She cannot stand oily floor or oily utensils. She clean everything, including our laptops and electrical appliances(OMG).

I want to bake so freaking badly la. But again, I cannot blame her because she's born this way. She wants the house clean, but this is too much. This is the only platform i can vent out everything. Dont judge.

I can't seem to find the right direction. Once again, I am lost. I know no one will be here to pull be back to the right track. Now I am all alone again.

I once have a pair of slippers. They look simple, nice and most importantly, they do not fail on me. One day, the strap snapped and I realised how vulnerable they can be. I glued it back to where it should be. Yet, Mom picked it up and threw them into the bin. So quickly, so nasty. I have no time to react. How hard reality smashes my piece of 'dream' and I am still in my own world. Ultimately, I am being judged, and not the other way round.

I imagine myself in a race. I blinked my eyes. Clearly, everyone's in front of me. Their backs look so unfamiliar, so cruel. I turn my head and realise that no one's beside me. I freak out and begin to inch myself forward. People infront never look back. I sink into the land, just like drag me to hell.

I have a broken mirror. Now the mirror is shattered and ironically, the pieces are which link everything up. I bleed while I pick those pieces up. Ironically, I do not feel the pain. I clear them using a broom. Ironically, I want the mirror to be left untouched(that is, to be broken into pieces).

I actually witnessed this Caucasian who was literally rushing for a seat even when the person hasnt left her seat. Apparently, the female blondee just pushed everyone away just to get to the seat. I was so horrified. Even the cheenas around were giving each other eye contact. Like obviously, they were so amused ( like in a bad way) about how this ang moh behaved.

And, wth. I am not finished. The husband and daughter were actually sitting down opposite her. They totally ignored this old lady (who is so freaking weak) and continued to ENJOY THEIR NAP?! I really saw them looking at her! ZOMG, where on earth have their C-I-V-L-I-S-E-D side gone to?! Finally, a lady(obviously an asian) offered her seat to the old lady. I inched back and feel a little pride flowing through my blood. Speaking of high class education, they are not up to it. Speaking of accent, we might lose them. However, we will never lose them in being well mannered.

Ok, i know i shouldnt generalise. I cannot take this case and think everyone else will do the same thing.
